Your quote always lists: devices by name and quantity, mounting hardware, configuration time, training time, warranty length, and any optional storage. If a survey later shows a hidden extra (for example a solid stone wall that cannot take a wireless contact), we pause and ask — we do not silently inflate the invoice.
